Carly Dyess
Coach Carly Dyess joins the Madisonville family bringing quality head volleyball coaching experience. She is entering her 5th year in public education and coaching. Coach Dyess served as the Head Volleyball coach and Assistant Softball coach at New Waverly High School upon her 2018 graduation from Sam Houston State University (BS Kinesiology/minor - Secondary Education) where her teams posted playoff appearances all three years. Last year Coach Dyess served as the Head Volleyball coach at Dayton High School. She has also coached club volleyball for 4 years. Coach Dyess graduated from Troup High School in 2014 where she received many volleyball and track accolades. After high school, Coach Dyess attended Panola College on a volleyball scholarship before transferring to Sam Houston where she was awarded the 2018 Major of the Year at the Shape America Convention in Nashville, Tennessee. Coach Dyess will be teaching our College Prep classes along with assisting in softball. Coach Dyess’ philosophy is based on hard work, trust, and accountability. She loves spending time with her family and spoiling her two little nephews (Tyson - 2 years and Waylon - 4 months). Coach Dyess is the most avid fan of The University of Texas Lady Longhorn volleyball team. Point Texas!! Most importantly, Coach Dyess possesses a strong faith in God and attends Second Baptist Church in Huntsville.
