Anthony Campbell
Coach Campbell is entering his 12th year serving in public education for the state of Texas and will
be starting his 10 th year in Madisonville as a high school Math teacher/coach. Coach Campbell is
currently a varsity wide receivers coach in football, 9th grade football offensive coach, and a varsity
baseball assistant coach. Coach Campbell started his coaching career in Grapeland TX (2010-
2012), where he was an assistant football, assistant basketball, and assistant baseball. After leaving
Grapeland Coach Campbell went to Normangee where he became the head powerlifting, and head
baseball coach. This gave him some valuable experience that he has used to help him apply to his
coaching career in Madisonville.
Coach Campbell has been married to Toni Campbell (Madisonville Pre-K teacher) for 15 years and
they have three children: Cade (14), Tate (11), and Paige (4). Coach Campbell is a graduate of
Madisonville High School (2004) and Sam Houston State University (2010) with a Bachelors in
Kinesiology and minor in Mathematics. Coach Campbell enjoys road tripping, camping, and fishing
trips at the different state parks here in Texas with his family in his spare time. One of the most
enjoyable camping adventure that his family took was the road trip to the Grand Canyon National
Park!
