Anthony Campbell
Coach
Campbell is entering his 15th year serving in public education for the state of
Texas and will be starting his 13th year in Madisonville as a high school Math
teacher/coach. Coach Campbell is currently a varsity wide receivers coach in
football, 8th grade football offensive coach, varsity baseball assistant coach
and JH Basketball coach. Coach Campbell started his coaching career in
Grapeland TX (2010-2012), where he was a football, basketball, and baseball
assistant. After leaving Grapeland Coach Campbell went to Normangee where he
became the head powerlifting, and head baseball coach. This gave him some
valuable experience that he has used to help him apply to his coaching career
in Madisonville. Coach Campbell has been married to Toni Campbell (Madisonville
Pre-K teacher) for 18 years and They have three children: Cade (17), Tate (14),
and Paige (7). Coach Campbell is a
graduate of Madisonville High School (2004), and Sam Houston State University
(2010) with a Bachelors in Kinesiology and minor in Mathematics. He also played
collegiate baseball for 2 years at Ranger Junior College. Coach Campbell enjoys
road tripping, camping, and fishing trips at the different state parks here in
Texas with his family in his spare time. One of the most enjoyable camping
adventure that his family took was the road trip to the Grand Canyon National
Park!
