Lauren Hubbert

Coach Lauren Hubbert is entering year 8 of her public education and coaching career for the state of Texas. Coach Hubbert is serving as an assistant coach for the high school volleyball and soccer programs here at Madisonville CISD. Over the last 7 years, she has held both head and assistant coaching positions, including 3 years of junior high volleyball and track coaching experience, as well as 4 years of high school volleyball and soccer coaching experience. Coach Hubbert has had the opportunity to work in several successful school districts and athletic programs since the beginning of her education career, including time spent at Port Neches-Groves ISD, Pleasant Grove ISD, and La Grange ISD. 


Coach Hubbert is a graduate of Port Neches-Groves High School and continued both her academic and athletic career as a member of the women’s soccer team at Lamar University, graduating with a Bachelors of Science of Kinesiology in 2017. After graduating from Lamar, she was invited to play with a semi-professional soccer team in Houston, TX, The Houston Aces, and secured a national championship with the team in 2018. Coach Hubbert has been happily married to her husband, Micah Hubbert, for 5 years. During the summer or on school breaks, she enjoys traveling, hiking, and camping with her husband and their two dogs, Apollo and Hank.
